1)   I’ve called and decided I want to book a session.  Now what?

A.  We will pick a date for your Pre-session consultation, as well as for your actual portrait session.  At the time of the bookings, you will also be required to pay your session fee.

2)   What is a Pre-session Consultation?

A.  This is a time when we sit down together and get to know each other a little.  (This way we can relax and have fun on your session day).  I’ll ask lots of  questions…Feel free to ask your own too.  We’ll discuss clothing options,  interests, props, locations, and anything else we can think of.  This gives me a way to better plan for the best experience possible, and to make your images that much more “uniquely you”.

3)  My session is over and I’m ready to leave.  Is there anything else I need to do?

A.  Before you leave, you will be required to put down a $200 deposit toward your portrait order, and we will set a date for approximately 1-2 weeks later for your “Image Viewing and Ordering Appointment”.

4)  What is the Image Viewing and Ordering Appointment?

A.  At this appointment, you will need to bring all decision making members of the family, as this is when the ordering will take place.  Come with an idea of who you need to order for, and approximately what sizes they will be getting. This will help get the initial portion of the order taken care of, and allow extra time to decide exactly what you want for yourself.

5)  What is the typical investment that most people make?

A.  Starting investments typically begin somewhere between $300 and $1000, although it is not uncommon to invest $3000 – $5000 if purchasing albums, large canvas wraps, framed artwork, or wall collections.

6)  Do you offer a payment plan?

A.  Yes, for all orders over $750, we offer a 3 month installment plan.  Your first installment will be due at the ordering session, and the following 2 in the subsequent months.  Your order will be delivered to you within one week of final payment (unless being mailed).  Discounts and specials will not be used if payment plan is used.

7)  Do you accept credit cards?  What other forms of payment do you accept?

A.  Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, checks and money orders, and of course, good old-fashioned cash.

8)  When will I receive my order?

A.  Typically your order will be ready in about 3 weeks, with the exception of  some specialty items, such as albums or custom press printed products, which take a bit longer.  When your order is ready, I will call and set up a time for you to pick up your order or have it delivered.
